More seriously, their interactions with the kiddos back before the Famine made Lightning rather curious about Bruce even if she was slightly miffed that he forked the duty off on her, and she's still curious. He's got the head of a soldier, she thinks, and there aren't enough of those around this world. He'd be a good person to plan with, though holy hell the grumping. It'll take a while to get anywhere but they're off to a neutral, leaning good start!
