Dante is actually the person Loki's encountered the most at Fellden! Each meeting increases feelings of both exasperation and interest: finding out he's half Devil means he's officially on Loki's radar as Potentially Useful™, but he's also proven himself committed to being an absolute fucking clown. His patience for him his thin, but he'd have a lot less of it if Dante didn't remind him of a more ridiculous, sloppy Thor, which he's (sensibly) choosing not to acknowledge for the time being. Unfortunately, they don't have centuries of history together to protect him from Loki's horrible moods and duplicitous personality.

... Okay, so even Thor didn't have that. Even Frigga didn't have that, in the end. Good luck, Dante, you're going to be a guinea pig for his alchemy and target practice for his daggers that he doesn't actually need.
