so their first meeting was godawful. their second meeting was... slightly less so. their third meeting was halfway decent, mistletoe be damned, and you know what! that's wild. felix is used to people dealing with him one (1) time and then peacing out, because that's what he aims for. he likes keeping people at an arm's length - but connie keeps pushing past his prickly everything just to, like, talk to him? it's like he enjoys spending time with felix, and as felix the cynic can't see what he's hoping to gain from it, it's just... weird.

but not entirely unwelcome, because while constantin is A Lot to deal with, he's proven to be sincere? he's not really tried to flatter felix to see what he can gain from it? he's also proven that he can and will fire back at flex when flex is being a rude little shit? and he's also, like... strangely charismatic, and guess what type of person flex is drawn to, for whatever reason. amazin. add the bit felix has learned about connie's bakground and these are the definite pros. he finds connie... interesting. he does not necessarily mind seeing connie out and about. they might just be on their way to becoming friends, if connie learns to chill for more than five minutes at a time.

cons: connie is loud! and foolish! and he always seems to be in some sort of trouble, whether it's losing his mittens or getting stuck to magical mistletoe, and that does not bode well...

but connie danced really, really well and seems to be genuinely pleased whenever he spots felix and tl;dr maybe it's flex @ connie, unknowingly
