[ What was this feeling? Everything felt heavy. His heart had this cold feeling to it that diffused to the rest of his body. He couldn't tell his arms to function normally. And then he saw her. ]

[ Pain Welkin. ]

[ Heartbreak Welkin. ]

[ His face brightened with shock, and then mellowed out. It seems like he'd forgotten that this was normal now. He tried to make words come out. After what seemed to be an eternity of struggling, he eventually came up with something. ]

"I can't even remember anything about her anymore. But every day, I have the same dream. Over and over again. And every time, everything in me goes wrong." [The detective gulped. He didn't feel small. He felt far away. As if he was witnessing himself talk from a distance.] "It's been so long. I have been different people. And I have twenty more years for the hurt to stop. But this is for dead people. And nobody is dead. But I have this coin, and I want it to go somewhere."
